In my studio, each piece is handmade, shaped on the wheel, then carved and glazed following my intuition.  I concentrate on creating clean forms with unique carved designs, working freely and allowing the clay to become something unique. I gravitate towards the use of light and dark clay bodies to enhance each glaze.  My growth in technique is pushing my creative vision. It makes me so happy to create pieces that are as unique and beautiful as they are functional.
